Join us for what is sure to be an epic showdown between two LOCAL craft beverage producers- Brick Works Brewing & Eats & Harvest Ridge Winery in a "Battle of the Booze" dinner pairing event on Wednesday, August 12th @ 6pm at Brick Works Brewing & Eats in Smyrna, DE..
Guests will enjoy five courses expertly paired with BOTH a Brick Works Brewing beer as well as a Harvest Ridge wine, then get to vote for their favorite pairing. This event is the kickoff to Brick Works partnering with Harvest Ridge to EXCLUSIVELY carry their wines at our Smyrna, DE brewpub. Support local, DRINK local!

1st Course: Roasted Plums & Burrata
with prosciutto & fresh thyme
Paired with BW Porch Swing Saison (beer) & HR Sparkling Barbera (wine)
2nd Course: Chilled Peach Gazpacho
served cold & garnished with fresh peaches, cucumber, dill & dill olive oil
Paired with BW Jalapeno Jefe (beer) & HR 2023 Petit Manseng (wine)
3rd Course: Seared Scallop Salad
on a bed of arugula, shaved fennel, shallot & a bright lemon vinaigrette
Paired with BW Praetor (beer) & HR 2025 Sauvignon Blanc (wine)
4th Course: Roasted Cornish Hen
served with roasted fingerling potatoes, summer squash, savory blackberry sauce
Paired with BW Hop On It (beer) & HR Country Bloom (wine)
5th Course: Sweet Corn Semifreddo
with lemon whipped cream, grilled peaches, candied fennel & hot honey
